We built Kaizntree because we couldn't find
anything good enough for the brands we work with.

We started as consultants helping CPG brands with everything from inventory management to supplier negotiation. We kept hitting the same wall, implementing systems that simply weren't good enough for our customers. It was heart breaking to see our customers finally hit their growth goals only to get bogged down with operational challenges. After seeing one too many brands struggle with their inventory management platform, we decided to build the ops system that should have already existed.

HOW WE STARTED

Shanghai, Sydney, New York. A long way around to building software.

Our co-founders met at NYU's Shanghai campus. They went there because they were fascinated by manufacturing and because living in Shanghai felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that was hard to pass up. That time gave them a close-up view of what it actually takes to manufacture and source products at scale.

After Shanghai, the work continued in Australia, working with CPG brands across every part of their business. Inventory systems, supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, marketing. The full picture of what a growing food or beverage brand actually deals with.

The pattern that kept appearing: brands would reach a certain growth stage and then crumble under the weight of their ops and systems. And every time, the tools available were either built for finance teams, built for industries nothing like CPG, or so generic they worked okay for everyone but well for no one.

So they started experimenting - first with open source platforms, then building from scratch. By the time they moved to New York and started working exclusively with organic certified brands on their traceability requirements, it was clear the software had to be built. They have since dropped the consulting and focused entirely on building the next generation platform for CPG operations.

WHY WE EXIST

Until now, the systems that existed were built for a
different era of ops.

Until now, the systems that existed were built for a different era of ops.

Most of the platforms CPG brands end up on were built primarily for finance and accounting — not for the day-to-day reality of co-manufacturing, self-manufacturing, organic certification, lot tracking, or the kind of AI-powered automation that's now table stakes.

Industry agnostic means built for no one specifically

The legacy platforms expanded into every industry to grow their market. The result is systems that work okay for everyone but are deeply optimized for no one. We only build for CPG, which means every product decision is made for you, and only you.

We've done the implementations ourselves

Before Kaizntree, we implemented the other systems for brands. We know exactly where they fall short — the lack of traceability depth, the clunky production tracking, the support that disappears after go-live. We built the alternative.

The future of ops is agentic. Most platforms can't get there.

Brands are already running AI agents across their operations. The platforms built a decade ago are not architected to support that. Kaizntree was built from the start for a world where your ops team is partly human, partly AI.

WHAT MAKES KAIZNTREE DIFFERENT

The software is half of it. The support is the other half.

Every customer that has worked with us will tell you the same thing: the reason they stay is the support. We're not just a software vendor you call when something breaks, we're an extension of your ops team.

We do the heavy lifting on implementation

Most systems require you to hire an implementation consultant who has no control over the software. We do everything in-house. Our team sets up your account, maps your data, builds your integrations, and trains you and your team until everyone is up to speed.

We adapt the platform around you

As your business evolves, we adjust the platform with it. New 3PLs, new channels, new workflows. We build what you need. That's what being your ops partner actually means.

We're going deeper, not wider

Most platforms expanded into other industries to grow. We made the opposite choice. We're going deeper and deeper into CPG, building more and more for the brands already using us, rather than chasing new markets.
